Hi everyone,

Due to the amount of wet weather we have been having I wanted to update everyone on the Parks Unusable Conditions policy which was sent out with the opening email for the season. I have attached it again for your reference.

• Parks staff will advise of closures by 3:30 pm of that day if the fields or sports pad are unplayable.
• An email will be sent to all groups advising of the closure by approx.. 3:30 pm of that day.
• After 3:30 pm it would be up to the sports organization/renter to call the game/practice if the weather does not cooperate or a storm moves in and is unsafe to play.
• Anyone that does cancel due to weather they need to send an email to bookings@orangeville.ca by the next day to advise.
